Mediterranean Carlo is a 2nd generationInspired by the Mediterranean, here is a collection of hand picked wines and N A products from the Adriatic to Tyrrhenian. Begin with a sparkling Ribolla Gialla from Friuli, a brisk and citrusy bubbly with a touch of green and nice dry finish. Then to a sunny white from the volcanic fields of Campania, showing stone fruits and a touch of earth to contrast its crisp mouthfeel. For the red, we head to the hills of northern Tuscany for a juicy and
