Silver Desk Globe by Mappin and Webb mahogany circa 1945A wonderful and rare 3 inch silver desk globe by Mappin and Webb of London mounted on a silver and turned wood base. Hallmarked London 1969. The globe has lines of longitude and latitude engraved across the surface of the silver sphere as well as coastal outlines with etched detail.
