On the palate, this wine is smooth, with medium acidity and med med+ body. Made with 50% Clairette, 30% Bourboulenc and the remaining 20% a mix of Marsanne and Ugni Blanc, this white is multi layered with the Clairette giving it acidity and the Marsanne giving it texture. Very well made
