We source our dukkah from Palestine. Traditionally, bread is dipped in olive oil and dukkah. Our customers have discovered a wide range of applications: seasoning for salmon, lamb, or roasted vegetables, a dry rub for meats, stirred into salad dressings, mixed into labneh, and more.
