L-5P Pickguard The Loar AdditionallyMade here at 1929 Pickguards, we have a replacement pickguard for the early Gibson L 5P. These uniquely shaped guards were used on some very early Gibson L 5P (later renamed L 5C) models, often in a cream pearloid material. I can make a pearloid one if you'd prefer; just send me a message. These guards are a dark tortoiseshell acrylic material with 5 ply White and Black binding.
