Stepped Silver Box bags The engine in this exampleSilver box with unusual stepped design by silversmiths Hermann Bauer, circa 1930. Features silver marks of the Imperial crown and crescent moon for Germany and a silver purity stamp of 800. Originally designed for cigarettes, the box features cedar lining to the inside of the lid and the interior of the base. Dimensions: 15 cm 5 inches (width) x 9 cm 3 inches (depth) x 5. 7 cm 1 inches (height).
