Rosewood - Pure Imagination event with a unique Marsala wineWhole grape clusters were placed in unlined clay amphora, and sealed to jump start carbonic maceration think fizzy n lush juiciness! Pure Imagination also went through malolactic fermentation, for a smooth & pearly, matcha cream dream. Fermented using non selected, wild, yeast with 32 days of skin contact. Matured 6 months in the oak and clay vessels, 2 months stainless steel. Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly and bone dry. 1 x 75cl
