Reinforcement Tape upper making You can use this bookThis tape is not the same as the backline tape. This is thinner and has more stretch as opposed to the backline tape which is more textured and doesn't budge. This is used to reinforce the upper so it doesn't tear during later stages of the process. Made in Germany.
