It stands 18cm tall without the stopper. Star cut base Start cut stopper The hallmarks are CJ?, Lion Passant, Chester shield, capital letter Q. I believe these are for Chester 1899. Although part of the makers mark is rubbed it does look like it could be Charles Fox & Co. No chips or cracks. Lovely item.
