The nose has aromas of ripe fruit, flowers, balsamic and a hint of licorice. In the mouth it maintains this expressiveness of fruit, with balsamic, spicy and notes of cocoa and toast typical of aging for four months in wooden barrels. The Piol winery produces a production limited to 3,000 bottles.
