Fukuju - Black Meat Ichinokura set out to craftThis sake is brewed near Rokko Mountain. As fortune would have it, the mountain creates ideal conditions for sake brewing. The cold winds coming down the south side slow fermentation, allowing for more controlled brewing, which helps craft the luxurious sweetness of Fukuju Black. A nose of white peach and thick flavor won this sake two gold medals in 2017: the Kura Master Daiginjo gold and the US Sake Appraisal gold. Enjoy in a large wine glass.
