The central oval hand set genuine Ruby measures 1 carat and each of the genuine oval Sapphires weigh approximately 1 2 carat each for a total ring carat weight of 2 carats. The ring is in excellent condition, was made in the USA in the 1970s, and is a size 4 1 2 which could be easily sized by a reputable jeweler.
