2006 Casella 1919 Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah / Shiraz TOTAL RESPECT FOR OUR TERROIRLIMITED EDITION Despite reaching its eighth birthday, this is still an incredible youthful vibrant purple colour, with no signs of ageing. Aromas and flavours of smoke, toast, black olive, vanilla and cassis are what you might expect from a much younger wine. The tannins are firm, yet the wine is fleshy enough to carry them into a long finish. Drink 2018 2025. Casella 1919 wines are produced in small quantities and are only available in unique
