Redwood Ukulele Soundboard, Concert Size, One Piece, Figured, Recovered from Trees Cut in the 1890’s and 1900’s, Eco-Friendly (LE08) Wavy Douglas Fir 27 x 8 x 23Redwood is a beautiful wood for luthiers to use in building ukuleles. It is almost as dark sounding as Western Red Cedar, but has a clearer presence has a little snap to the sound. A great choose when you want to add some brightness to a dark sounding back and sides like Walnut.
