Youll make pasta dough from scratch, roll it out, stuffed it with our delicious, house made ricotta filling, and then cook it to order. Well cover two shapes in this class: the perennial favorite, ravioli, and the humble triangoli. Youll get to enjoy a hot bowlful of your own stuffed pasta with a glass of wine and take the rest of your plumptious beauties home!
