This beautiful bell was originally attached to a 1929 (you read it correctly) Holton made in Elkhorn Wisconsin

Additionally

and two Pleiades star clusters were soldered onto the outer bell surface

That patina can be relatively easily removed with some polish and elbow grease if a shinny surface is preferred

Vintage H.N. White Bell - Sunrise alexander ring A matte clear coat hasThis bell flare was made out of a vintage H. N White bell. The serial number was 381488, which places the year of manufacture as 1961. The bell has been delacquered, cleaned and brought to a light brushed finish (it is not polished), fitted with an Alexander Bell ring, and then customized with a silhouette of a rising sun. This cut out pattern has a bit more potential for snagging on clothing than other patterns. Original mass with bell ring = 485g;
