ਬਿਰਹਾ ਹੰਢਾਈ ਤੇ ਜੋਬਨ ਰੁੱਤੇ ਤੁਰ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਛੋਟੀ ਔਧ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਰਹਾ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਗਿਆ। ‘ਬਿਰਹਾ ਤੂ ਸੁਲਤਾਨ’ ਉਸੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ 'ਚੋਂ ਚੁਗੇ ਮੋਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਬਟਾਲਵੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ
