This Gin comes from Aberdeen and takes its name from Professor Andrew Porter of the Aberdeen University

This has been matured inside American Oak Bourbon Barrels for a minimum of 5 years before bottling which has resulted in a Vanilla and Cinnamon infused Rum with notes of Raisins

including Raspberries and Lilly Pilly with undertones of Citrus Lime and a floral finish

and gives full body

Plenty of Spicy notes which are mellowed out by a Creamy Vanilla and Almond infusion with a Smooth finish
