It certainly downplays the power of this card

All cards printed before Urzas Saga were printed before the foiling process was introduced

For starters, there's a whole lot of potential in the card itself, even if you want to just opt for the equally as beautiful, if a little less expensive, Legendary variant (which is valued at just under $6 right now)

You dont care too much to keep the body that comes along with the Recruiter, so effects that can present multiple copies of the Recruiter over time for the search ability are strongly preferred
