This isnt only an awesome effect, but it is also perfectly in line with Dialgas role in Pokmon
Once again, assuming you are looking to purchase it for playing against friends and foes alike
It is quite easy to wait until they have a dork in play before laying the Oath if you like but most decks have to just play into it anyway so I am generally happy to throw out the turn two Oath regardless
