If you are selling played cards, I think the scale tips slightly in favor of eBay (make sure to take pictures and list clearly), followed by TCG, with buylisting bringing up the rear simply because most buylist make heavy deductions for played cards (ranging from $0.70 to $0.30 cents on the dollar)
Mostly the upgrade from +1 to +2 on the discard and the free(ish) zombie token make a flipped Heretical Healer rather more oppressive to handle than the more reliable Liliana of the Veil
The fact that you can protect everything is a big plus in Interludes favour, but more often than not, you want your things back straight away to take advantage of them and their abilities
With a healthy number of tutors in your deck, your games will generally be more consistent
Captain America can cheat around the equip cost of one Equipment per turn , but there are other cards in the deck to make it easy to equip Equipment without spending mana
The fact that these packs are on sale at Target and Walmart is worrying in terms of market saturation, and its unclear to me whether packs are selling so far beneath retail (SCG was selling boxes for $150 on Black Friday) due to a lack of demand or a massive supply glut
