Unlike other similar huge seven-casting cost flyers (Blizzard Elemental, anyone?), it gave you the mana on the turn you played it to save it

A lot of its good early control cards are sufficiently big and cheap that you tend to be better off just slowly and steadily making land drops than you are trying to curve out with one or two jumps

Its a solid 4-mana planeswalker, but it looks a bit too much like previous walkers like Jaya, Fiery Negotiator, which saw very little play

No one wants to see you play it, so be careful
