This is a 3-mana 3/3 that allows you to essentially trade permanents with an opponent in exchange for you drawing a card and dealing two damage to your opponent
All this means is that Deathrite Shaman will still see play, but as long as WotC is careful not to allow too much in the way of fetchland-style designs in to the format, it wont be the format-warping, colour pie-breaking menace that we remember
All instaces of the word "player" can be swapped for "opponent"
Well, I happen to think its pretty good, especially given it encourages swings elsewhere with everything attacking an opponent of yours gaining trample
