Be warned that if you pursue this strategy (or it just happens passively, which is inevitable to some degree) it will not carry over well to real person drafts in the other queues

Regardless, this should probably be a "you may tap target non land permanent." Those two subtle changes stop it being broken but allow it to avoid being dead ever which would make it utterly unplayable
