It scales with the game nicely and gets around Indestructible, which grows more common with each new set
Unfortunately, in standard it is mostly limited to attacking, convoke and a few random cards that cause creatures to tap, but that for the most part is still enough to trigger her consistently
It is poor tempo play nominally but better tempo card than a lot of more pure card draw effects
You hear something clattering, then you turn and see a manhole cover pop into place
The granted abilities effectively use "this permanent" rather than "[that card's name]," so you treat the abilities as though they were printed on the creature that gained the ability
You can never count this deck out because it can just pivot to a different strategy and if built correctly can absolutely win without either commander ever hitting the battlefield
