Sultai Mutate likely would have scored much better if it were Sultai X-Matters instead, with Zaxara, the Exemplary as the face Commander and the underpowered and unexciting Otrimi, the Ever-Playful as a backup commander along with a light mutate sub-theme for players who want to build a mutate Commander deck with new Ikoria cards
If I can follow that up a turn later with Overwhelming Stampede I could be setting up for a nice alpha strike with my creatures getting +X/+X where X is the greatest power among creatures I control
"Delve" means "For each generic mana in this spell's total cost, you may exile a card from your graveyard rather than pay that mana." Delve doesn't change a spell's mana cost or mana value
These sleeves feature a matte finish that minimizes reflection, making it easier to see the cards under different lighting conditions
Transforming it late is going to feel like a pretty good use of your mana, too
