It sure isn't cEDH, but I think it should be stronger than your average precon

Instead, it's its own entire Jumpstart set akin to the original and Jumpstart 2022, complete with new cards and reprints not found in the other set

Jadelight Ranger Jadelight Ranger was another all-star card in its days in Standard, and it's easy to see why

If you want to save a couple more wildcards, dropping Drannith Magistrate is fine (you can replace it with either more Stern Dismissals or more Seasoned Hallowblades)
