This is a more low-to-the-ground aggro plan than most other sphinx commanders

The fact that you have to wait a turn, attack with it, wait another turn, and then untap it (or combine it with something) and pay two to get anything done will keep this from the big boy tables

It'll need to be placed in a control-style deck to justify the cost, but the benefits in a noncreature control deck are great

While this is tempting already, as coming from, say, Modern you could have 10 tier decks at your disposal rather than a single one for the same price, it all comes down to whether the meta is healthy and games are interesting

Each Wildcard can be exchanged for any card of the same rarity

This does limit the number of wildcards you get, but it can be done if youre on a budget
