Despite Wizards being picked for the Pokmon TCG because of its success with MTG, I'd never really considered both products going through the same printing process, so to see them combined in such a bizarre way is an awesome bit of history for both games.

Time will tell if Pokmon VMAX will continue to grow stronger, but for now, this more laid back approach by TPC could be just what the game needed to allow these gigantic Pokmon to bring the power and add a fresh change of pace to the Pokmon Trading Card Game
