Krarks ability lets you copy instants and sorceries, and Sakashima removes the legend rule while becoming a copy of Krark
Its just as restrictive, but wolves/werewolves have heavy support, and the card draw and damage output between the front face and Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge is unreal
The copy created by the third chapter ability will have the same targets as the spell it's copying unless you choose new ones
