It has a lot of synergy with cards that want you to know the top card of your library, like Vexing Arcanix or #4 Nissa, Steward of Elements above

But the downside on this card isnt even that bad

There are already better cards than this for what it does, which makes me believe this will be a great Commander/EDH card, and not much else
