With the advent of Saga creatures, it's much easier to get into a situation where a Saga on the battlefield loses all of its abilities but is still a Saga enchantment
(The turn you must wait to use a freshly-played character while they dry is also a much cuter image than Magics summoning sickness.) Being able to add a facedown card from your hand to your inkwell immediately overcomes the common MTG and Pokmon bugbear of finding yourself with no land or energy cards - any Lorcana card with the ink marker around its cost can be turned into ink - and sparks a delicious dilemma about which cards to sacrifice to the inkwell in order to play others
My particular favourite is Yunas Whistle a heartbreaking moment in the game meant to help Tidus find her again even over great distances, but here its used to call a creature from your deck, making you search for it until you hit one and actually being able to call it forth unlike poor Tidus in game Listen to my story The Commander format already lends itself well to the FF setting being a multiplayer version of the game so it feels a lot like forming a party with an unlikely band of heroes and dealing with some particularly vicious villains
For dedicated Enchanted collectors, tracking which characters you want before a set releases and purchasing singles within the first two weeks of release tends to give the best prices
