The instant speed certainly helps but you're going to need 5 lands and to pay 4 to match Stock Up, and that doesn't feel like quite where you want to be

This could create some interesting new gameplay, but would likely make the new Partner Commander absurdly expensive monetarily because of how flexible they are (if they have any sort of rarity attached)

If these cards are to be printed, then that's great, but just put them in the decks and maybe make a couple more per set if needed

Echos barely a downside here, since reanimation decks and flicker decks can work around it easily
