While this creature is in play, its virtually impossible for your opponent to get ahead on cards, as youll draw two for each one they draw

I successfully followed this process and ended up with great looking cards

(Or Wizards would have to stop supporting Legacy entirely and only salvage Modern.) This plan would work, but the chaos it would cause would cripple Magic in the short term
