I'd argue no, although it is clearly designed to be a constructed staple
Many were in the same vein as the original Time Spiral Suspend cards, like "Resurgent Belief," "Inevitable Betrayal," and "Glimpse of Tommorow," which were all powerful cards like "Replenish" and "Bribery" that only had Suspend costs
They also run a package of graveyard hate creatures that can easily win the game in their own right with all the fuel the discard effects provide
Sneak and Show decks in Legacy dont run any other arcane spells, so this card might as well not have that ability at all
They're fairly useless on their own, but assemble all three and you get a whopping seven mana from just three lands
The deck also features a ton of different creatures with anthem effects for your zombies, which can make your zombie army and tokens incredibly powerful (for example Cemetery Reaper, Death Baron, Tomb Tyrant, Lord of the Accursed, Bladestitched Skaab, and more) to easily overwhelm your opponents
