Unsurprisingly evolve did not perform well, perhaps more surprisingly it didn't even outperform the extort deck

The deck then features a number of cards with proliferate abilities, which will make all of your creatures with +1/+1 counters even bigger, and also shrink all of your opponent's creatures who have -1/-1 counters (not to mention add to your opponent's poison counters)

Ultimately, in my experience testing post-Secrets of Strixhaven, this is rapidly becoming the most widespread power level in Commander
