The game has a lengthy tutorial explaining how the systems and decks all work, but the short version is this: the game is set up like a Pokmon battle, where one creature fights another (each with different abilities), a players will switch pokmon out when hurt

Every now and then Wizards will work in a Blue/Artifacts deck as it did with M15 ( Ensoul Artifact ), but most of the time every set obeys this basic rule
Basic lands don't really need much text since players know what they do, so having more room to appreciate the art is a great perk
