Ultimately, though, I think people would prefer to just draw a card and probably wont bother with adding this hat trick to their decks

This just means you have to be a little bit smarter when building your deck and include cards that maybe need to be in the discard pile to use an effect or just know which cards you wont need in certain matchups

It can never return to being neither

It can show card lists, early deck appearances, format interest, and market shifts after cards become available
