Fueled by Nemesis legendary Rebel Lin Sivvi, this card in Rebel decks could act as a pseudo board removal, a protection spell in a pinch, or a targeted removal spell all in one truly impressive utility which is just what Rebel decks needed to dominate the metagame
You need hard removal to beat Elesh Norn, you also need some gas in hand to replay after and you need to not die to the +2/+2 swing from the other side of the table should that be on the cards
If you store the first 3 on it, the second ability won't resolve as it will see that 3 is now stored on Goblin Girder Gang
Without any shuffle, scry or cards that want specific things on the top of your deck (Delver / Abbot) Brainstorm is fairly minimal effect
