With cards like Thing in the Ice, Expressive Iteration, and of course Arclight Phoenix, this precon is built very similar to Pioneer Phoenix decks that are stills somewhat relevant in the current meta

They cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into their hand

He is an Uncommon so you may save on booster packs if you just grab this off the shelves

While I dont think that justifies the price tag of $4600, it was a real power card back in the day
