I think that if this were just a white card and not three colours then it would be in a lot more decks than it currently is, but as it stands I think the card is doing just fine

If a resolving spell or ability instructs a specific creature to connive but that creature has left the battlefield, the creature still connives

With no other Nissa planeswakers I would play this almost always however as a second Nissa I would have to be reaching for playables
