One neat trick you can do is cast this green instant as your first spell in a turn, forcing your opponents to either waste countermagic on the Veil or consent to a turn where your spells cant be countered
The 2 life is negligible and the 2 less starting loyalty is not that big of a deal either, in my opinion since you will more often than not, being spamming her 0 ability, which will add a loyalty counter from the Proliferate trigger anyways
The dream is to blow out Day of Judgment with this, though in practice Id expect it to be merely decent
You can copy multiple spells without worry thanks to your constant influx of 1/1s, meaning you dont have to sacrifice board presence for the second spell
