Milling three is useful, but at three mana it's just not enough to include if we aren't benefitting much from that cost reduction effect
I'm also not huge on cards like Hour of Eternity and Havengul Runebinder either, because exiling cards from your own graveyard just doesn't feel all that great
Top that off with an exceptionally strong attack trigger, to put a +1/+1 counter on each of your Vampire creatures when he attacks, you have yourself a constantly growing army to take down any opponent
Feed the Swarm cleanly fixes that and provides one of the best enchantment removal in black while also doing the other thing black excels at: destroying creatures
Between these two decks, and the accessories I've touched on above, Shimmering Skies is really a fun, celebratory entry in this game that hasn't yet missed its mark at all
