The protected article title and some H2 wording still reflect the page earlier watch phase, but the body now treats the product as official
Taking this as a whole and considering that each Commander 2016 deck needs to lose somewhere between 50% and 70% of its value, my guess would be that we'll see a significant part of this value lost from new cards that are currently inflated by presale pricing
Curse of Verbosity probably won't see much play, but I think it's excellent and people will realize that once they see it in action
