How I'd handle upgrading with the Sultai Mutate Commander 2020 deck is by pulling out Zaxara, the Exemplary and the X-spells to build an X-spell-based Hydra deck and then using the mutate cards from the deck to build around some of the most powerful mutating legends from Ikoria itself

I was expecting a Lightning Strike, not a super Magma Jet (that yes, only hits creatures, but thats the most common target for burn in Limited)

So even if you delve cards to lower the mana needed to cast it, delve doesnt affect the mana value

In deck switch Green this shouldnt be too much an issue, but this card wont go in every deck
