If you need to resolve a spell on your turn, simply target that player who might be playing counterspells and you can all but guarantee that your spells will resolve
With it, the player can force the opponent to devolve Evolved Pokmon by returning each of their highest Stage Evolution cards from the bench into the deck, which can result in Knock Outs depending on how many damage counters some creatures already have
