Our expert butcher will show you how to break a hind quarter down into primals and prep your rib of beef, which you will take home with you. Once the butchery is complete, our Head Chef Lee, will start serving a selection of canaps, followed by a three course dinner celebrating the very best of British beef. Expect picanha
