Also known as the lovers knot, it features a double loop and bar shape which has light engraving to the front. It is a large sized brooch but is hollow so light to wear. The brooch has an old c type clasp fastener and a silver safety chain and pin. Unmarked, tests as sterling silver, c1880s.
