Blended from two old Herefordshire cider barrels containing one brew made in February 2023. The grist was composed of pale malted barley and wheat in equal proportions. One large addition of fresh unaged hops came at the beginning of the boil to give a refined and crystal clear bitter finish, while leaving space for the flavours of fermentation to come to the fore.
