Yuzamashi is a Japanese water cooling pitcher or water cooler. It is used to lower the temperature of hot water for steeping teas, especially for high end sencha, gyokuro and kabusecha. This yuzamashi is made with unglazed ceramics yet has a beautiful polished, smooth texture. It has a side handle like
